Using the Platform
You agree to provide accurate account details, keep login credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful marketplace activity. Accounts used for fraud, impersonation, chargeback abuse, or attempts to undermine marketplace operations may be suspended without prior notice.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for truthful listings, lawful inventory, timely fulfilment, and responding to compliance or support requests when required. Product details, pricing, and stock information should match the actual goods or services being sold through the platform.
Orders and Payments
Orders are subject to stock availability, payment confirmation, fraud checks, and marketplace review where needed for buyer protection. Zuzu Market currently supports platform checkout flows, wallet activity, and monitored transfer flows depending on the order type or store configuration.
Enforcement
Zuzu Market may suspend listings, stores, or accounts that violate platform rules, payment policies, verification requirements, or applicable law. Enforcement can include listing removal, account restriction, payout holds, or permanent removal depending on the severity of the issue.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, payment operations, or applicable law. Continued use of Zuzu Market after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
